Leine & Linde provides a number of different absolute encoders with CANopen interface. The 600-series CANopen encoder is the industrial shaft and hollow shaft encoder series. It suits most applications with resolutions ranging from 13-bit single-turn up to 25-bit multiturn, communicating according to encoder profile CiA 406 V.3.2. The key CANopen objects are velocity, acceleration, PDO mapping, Heartbeat, Node guarding and "push-button" zero-set. The encoder series features industrial standard flanges and shafts and comes in either cable gland or M12 connection.
